Volunteers Are Needed!

To continue the success of our programs, and ensure a fun and safe recreational experience for your children, volunteers are desperately needed. Please prioritize your choice of volunteer assignments by selecting from the lists below:

Note: Rutgers SAFETY course certification and Instant Verification Screening are MANDATORY for ALL Head or Assistant Coaches. There will be no exceptions! Rutgers Safety Courses and Instant Verification will be scheduled prior to and during the season.

  1. Fitness
    I am personally satisfied as to my youth's fitness to participate in this activity. HYAA strongly recommends that you seek professional medical advice if there is any doubt about your youth's fitness to participate in this activity.
     
  2. Association Fee
    In on ongoing effort to continually improve the quality of our programs, we have implemented an annual $100 Association Fee per family. This fee is payable at the time of the first registration of any of your children in a particular sport for each fiscal year. HYAA's fiscal year runs from September 1st to August 31st.
     
  3. Requests
    HYAA does not promote, encourage or guarantee player requests. We try our best to be sensitive to unique individual circumstances. However, with a program that serves over a thousand children, it is not practical or logistically possible to honor every request. If you have a particular concern other than carpool convenience or playing with friends, please discuss it with our administrators at the time of registration.

Submitting this registration form will reserve your child's spot for this season. However, the registration will not be processed until payment is received. PAYMENT FOR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY CREDIT CARD. After you click SUBMIT below you will be prompted for your credit card information via our secure payment form.

PLEASE NOTE: HYAA commissioners reserve the right to move players among teams to ensure league balance and fair play.
