4 – ten minute running time quarters

Stop clock in the last two minutes of the Game

Overtime: 3 minutes Last minute stop clock

1 additional time out

At the five minute mark of each quarter, players on the bench must be substituted into the game (quickly).

This is not a timeout. Coaches should have the players ready to substitute.

Each player must play at least four eighths, and

every player must sit out at least one eighth

After every player has played their four eighths and sat out one eighth free substitution is allowed.

Bonus free throws (only if the team with more players is losing)

At halftime, the team with more players than the other

at the start of the game is awarded two free throws per player differential.

A different player must shoot each free throw.

Two full time outs per game

LOPSIDED SCORING RULE

When one HYAA team is ahead by ten (10) points or more,

they must play defense

IN THE THREE POINT CIRCLE ONLY!!

1^st violation warning

2^nd violation – 2 technical fouls plus possession of ball

THREE SECOND LANE VIOLATION

Players cannot stay in the lane for more than 3 seconds

TECHNICAL FOUL

Any player given a Technical must Sit the

Remaining Time in the one eighth session
