Fall Soccer Registration
Registrations for
the fall soccer program are NO LONGER being

form. Registrations will only be
accepted by submitting a form and
payment by check in the HYAA office.
Preparations For 2010 Fall Season
As the world watches soccer at its finest
in South Africa, HYAA is busy preparing for another season
of soccer at its finest in Holmdel. This fall, HYAA proudly
offers its new and improved soccer program designed for
Holmdel children of all ages, regardless of experience.
HYAA will once again offer professional training to kindergarten
and first graders to help teach young players, as well as
the coaches, soccer fundamentals. Conducted in a fun filled,
nonstop, activity filled environment, this training is the
core foundation for learning the game the right way.
New this year, HYAA will offer a 6-session
Pre-Kindergarten program for children 4-5 years old. The
clinic will be held on Saturdays from 11:30am – 12:30pm

HYAA anticipates a larger than normal turnout due to
the success and popularity of its indoor Winter Clinic and
outdoor Spring Clinic. The Fall program will be league play;
we anticipate the following structure: Pre-K (clinic format,
co-ed); Clinic League (Kindergarten, co-ed, with training
and games); Grade 1(training and games); Grades 2-3, Grades
4-6, Grades 7-8 (interleague play with surrounding towns).
Adjustments may be necessary depending on the number of
sign ups. For grades 4 and up there will be a season ending
playoff (non interleague, HYAA only). If there is enough
interest, HYAA will field high school age teams to play
in the interleague against surrounding towns. If your son
or daughter is interested, have them recruit their friends!
Under the direction of Chris Lionette, Eric Hinds and
Jim Calhoun, HYAA soccer combines the competiveness of travel
soccer and the fun of rec soccer. Registration is ongoing!!
Our season will begin on Saturday, September 11. Out
of respect for this day, our normal “Soccerama” kick off
celebration will occur in October. Don’t miss out on the
fun and excitement of Holmdel’s proudest soccer program.
